Ways to be involved.
Arrives to event by 3:30 pm. Is responsible for bringing 1,000 pieces of candy. Decorates trunk and passes out candy to children. Engages with the community.
Take ownership of organizing trunks as they arrive at event. Will receive notification of online trunk sign-ups.
Replenishes candy to cars throughout the event.
Manages Security Team
Manages contests of trunks (categories, prizes and judges).
Organizes alternatives to candy for individuals with special needs. (can work with Donations Coordinator to get items donated)

Takes ownership of setting up popcorn station outside as well as manning station during event.
Arranges for music (preferably live) to be played throughout the night.
Manages Parking Team. Creates schedule for breaks.
Works with a team to gather donations (candy, toys etc.) from stores.
Manages putting out sign at church as well as in the community.
